Arrive at 9.00 am for S.E.L.F. Healing Women’s Retreat Day Pass + Afternoon Tea. Leave at 4 pm.
FOR AN ADDITIONAL COST – during the day, you may be able to book 30 minute massages (subject to availablity).

Arrive at 9.00 am for S.E.L.F. Healing Women’s Retreat Day + Afternoon Tea & Overnight Stay (based on two people sharing a room) – more ££s for single person stay) + SPA Access, Movie, Games & Slumber Evening Party 
between 6.00 pm to 9.00 pm.

(Based on two people sharing a room) you will have the benefit of a Two-Night Stay with Breakfast included. Relax and Enjoy the SPA Facilities, including the swimming pool, hot or cold whirlpools, steam room, sauna & ice box. In the evening, meet & greet with the other Ladies staying over and taking advantage of the full S.E.L.F. Healing experience, with the option (NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE) to join us for a meal and/or refreshments at the hotel’s restaurant bar at an additional cost.
On Sat, 1st Nov – Breakfast included with stay before our Retreat Day followed by Afternoon Tea.
